# Terms & Conditions

## 1\. Services

Judge Plastering Contractors provides plastering, rendering, dry lining, and related building services across London and the Home Counties. All work is carried out in accordance with current building regulations and industry standards.

## 2\. Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are based on our site survey assessment. If additional work is discovered during the project, we will discuss this with you before proceeding and agree any cost adjustments in writing.

## 3\. Payment

No deposit is required. Payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the agreed work. We accept bank transfer and cash payments. For larger projects, staged payments may be agreed in advance.

## 4\. Guarantee

All work is covered by our written workmanship guarantee. If any defect arises from our workmanship within the guarantee period, we will return and rectify it at no additional cost. The guarantee covers labour and materials supplied by us.

## 5\. Insurance

Judge Plastering Contractors holds full public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. Certificates are available on request before any work commences.

## 6\. Access & Preparation

The client is responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area. We will advise on any preparation requirements before the project start date. Our team will protect floors, furniture, and fixtures with dust sheeting during all work.

## 7\. Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a project with at least 48 hours' notice before the agreed start date. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a reasonable fee to cover materials already purchased for your project.

## 8\. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to inspect and address your concerns promptly. Our aim is to resolve any issue to your complete satisfaction.
